El Camino Youth Symphony Chamber Orchestras
Chamber ensembles include the Chamber Players Orchestra, Camerata Orchestra and the Galbraith Honor Strings, and cater to students of varying levels of experience.
El Camino Youth Symphony Galbraith Honor Strings Orchestra
Concerts tours, retreats, participation in music festivals and exchanges with other youth orchestras are a vital part of the ECYS experience, as well as guest soloists of international stature. Galbraith Honor Strings offers talented young string players training in a focused environment. Working closely with Dr. Kolchinsky and sectional coaches to develop their musicality and technique, these gifted young musicians provide outstanding performances for their loyal audience.
Danville Girls Chorus Honor Choir
Honor Choir is a select group of singers chosen from the Concert Choir through a separate, internal audition. This choir meets for an extra half hour each week after the regularly scheduled rehearsal and learns additional music.
