Opera Club Presents a Concert of Classical Vocal Music with Violin, Harp and Piano
OPERA FANTASY
- Diana Skavronskaya. Soprano, Opera Singer.
One of San Francisco's most captivating opera sopranos. Diana performed on the legendary Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall in October 2023. She has extensive international experience, having performed at prestigious venues in Italy, Germany, Belgium, Georgia, Asia as well as the United States. Diana is recognized as International Operatic Soprano and Classical Singer by the American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA).
- David Chernyavsky. Concert Violinist
David Chernyavsky joined the San Francisco Symphony in 2009. He is a graduate of Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music and the Juilliard School. David was a member of the Kennedy Center Opera orchestra and Los Angeles Philharmonic. He performed and recorded several CDs with the Saint Petersburg String Quartet and with the Joel Rubin Klezmer Music Ensemble, and he has released a solo CD, Klezmer Violin. He also performs and teaches with the San Francisco Academy Orchestra.
- Alisa Sadikova. Concert Harpist.
Alisa Sadikova is a prodigy classical harpist and a winner of many International Competitions. She is a soloist of the World Harp Congresses in Sydney (2014) and Hong Kong (2017). Alisa recorded five CDs, played as a solo artist at such prestigious venues as Stern Auditorium/Perelman Stage in Carnegie Hall; the Vienna State Opera; etc. From 2021 to the present she is a student at the Juilliard School, New York City, USA. Alisa Sadikova is the official representative and an endorser of the Salvi Foundation (concert harps). She performed on tours with the famous singer Sarah Brightman and with the renowned conductor Vladimir Spivakov.
- Lyena Atonyicq. Concert Pianist.
Lyena Atonyicq is a distinguished pianist and composer from Los Angeles, a true master in the field of music education and performance. Lyena holds four master’s degrees: two in piano performance from the Kiev State Tchaikovsky Conservatory and New Jersey’s Rowan University; and a dual master’s degree in opera coaching and chamber music from Temple University in Philadelphia. She is a winner of numerous International Competitions, such as the MTNA National Piano Competition and the International Piano Competition in Washington DC, among many others. She worked with renowned singer Barbara Dever at the Metropolitan Opera in New York City.
