Susanne Mentzer
I have been an international opera singer for over 30 years, having spend 20 years at the Metropolitan Opera. My specialty ranges from Mozart and Strauss to chamber music and recitals.
Additionally I taught 6 years at Shepherd School Rice University, and 6 years at DePaul University. I also was on faculty at Aspen Music Festival and School for 5 years. I give master classes around the country and have guest taught at the Sf Opera Merola program and Castleton Festival.
Antonia Tamer
Originally from Frankfurt, Soprano Antonia Tamer now makes her home in San Francisco where she recently completed a Masters in voice at The San Francisco Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of Catherine Cook.
Nancy Bennett
I love to teach! I welcome all ages and levels. One of my greatest
pleasures is seeing a student fulfill their potential and experience the
joy and satifaction of singing well. Upon coming to Carmel 15 years
ago, I established my private voice studio in addition to teaching at
Hartnell College and Santa Catalina School. In Southern California I
was on the faculty at CSULA and Chaffey College teaching voice, music
