The UC Berkeley Symphony Orchestra (UCBSO) invites you to an exhilarating evening of classical music featuring two monumental works. On Friday, November 1st and Saturday, November 2nd at 8 PM in Hertz Hall, the orchestra will perform Shostakovich’s powerful Symphony No. 8, a profound exploration of war and humanity. The concert will also highlight Schumann's lyrical and deeply expressive Cello Concerto in A Minor, featuring the incredible soloist Sarah Kave. Join us for a night of stirring music and exceptional talent as the UCBSO brings these masterpieces to life.
