Spooky Classical

Presented by San Francisco Symphony

Witches, ghouls, and ghosts abound at the San Francisco Symphony this October in wonderfully wicked music perfect for Halloween. Experience the nightmarish visions of Hector Berlioz’s Symphonie fantastique; the iconic strings of Bernard Herrmann’s Suite from Psycho; the supernatural sabbath of Modest Mussorgsky’s Night on Bald Mountain; the zany antics of HK Gruber’s Frankenstein!!, and more in two weeks of concerts led by Music Director Esa-Pekka Salonen.

And, as a Halloween bonus, enjoy the comic chaos of three delightfully sassy witches when Hocus Pocus comes to the big screen as the SF Symphony performs the score LIVE.
