Award-winning San Francisco contemporary chamber music group Ensemble for These Times (E4TT) opens its 2024/25 season with a musical conversation around motion, with three commissioned World Premieres--"And I Made My Own Way, Deciphering That Fire," by Ursula Kwong-Brown, "ubi lux floret" by Darian Donovan Thomas, and oboe/cello duo by Mary Bianco--Perpetuo mobile movements by Benjamin Britten and York Bowen, and music by Lisa Bielawa, Vivian Fung, Sage Shurman, and Zhou Tian.
