Artists speak about each work and share their personal observations in these intimate concerts, followed by a Meet-the-Artists Reception. As always at Crowden, children under 18 attend free.

QSF will celebrate the musical legacies of Black jazz violinist Eddie South, whose virtuosity brought him from classical to jazz bandleader, vaudeville tours to recording with iconic artists like Django Reinhardt; and American composer, pianist, producer, and instrument inventor Raymond Scott, whose musical career includes jazz and swing, CBS Radio, Motown, and Broadway. You've likely heard his music without even knowing, which has been adapted for use in countless cartoons from 1940s Looney Tunes to modern-day media like "The Simpsons" and "Bluey."
