Berkeley Baroque Strings Presents Italian Holiday

Escape to Italy with the Berkeley Baroque Strings, as they perform Concerto in D Minor by Antonio Vivaldi, Sinfonia in G Major by Antonio Brioschi, and Sinfonia in A Major by Giuseppe Tartini. Nicola Porpora's "Quel cor che mi donasti" from Adelaide will feature soprano soloist Caroline Jou Armitage. Giovanni Perroni's Cello Concerto in D Minor will be performed by soloist Robert Weiss.

Under the music direction of Kati Kyme, frequent leader of the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra and member of the New Esterhazy Quartet and Agave Baroque, the chamber orchestra is an affiliate of the San Francisco Early Music Society.

The concert takes place at St. Clement’s Episcopal Church, 2837 Claremont Blvd., Berkeley.
