Audition for National Children’s Chorus San Francisco Chapter!

The San Francisco chapter of the GRAMMY award winning National Children’s Chorus is holding auditions for students, ages 5 to 17, on Sunday, August 4 at 4pm PT through the end of the month. Auditions are held via Zoom. The audition fee for the whole process, including a private one-on-one evaluation, is $45. Audition for Young Women's Choral Projects

The Young Women’s Choral Projects of San Francisco is a world-class choral organization for girls and young women ages 4-18, which empowers them to achieve artistic and personal excellence.

YWCP offers four choir levels—Prelude Chorus, Allegro Chorus, Vivo Chorus and the Young Women’s Chorus.

San Francisco Girls Chorus School Auditions

Auditions for girls between the ages of 7 and up for the San Francisco Girls Chorus School are held each May and June in San Francisco and Berkeley. The Chorus School has two rehearsal locations to choose: San Francisco and Berkeley. (SFGC also offers a Preparatory Chorus for younger singers ages 4-7. No audition or previous music experience is required to participate in the Preparatory Chorus.)

Seeking Girls Who Love to Sing, Grades 2-7 - YWCP's Prelude Chorus

Do you know a girl in grades 2-7 who loves to sing? The Young Women's Choral Projects of San Francisco is holding auditions for our Prelude Chorus! Auditions will be held on Saturday January 14 for the spring semester. Prelude chorus meets on Wednesdays and Sundays from 4-5:30 pm and is focused on creating an exciting and interactive community. Here young girls learn basic vocal techniques, sight-reading, and performance skills through the Kodály teaching method.

Seeking Girls Who Love to Sing, Grades 5-10 - YWCP's Allegro Chorus

Do you know a girl in grades 5-10 who loves to sing? The Young Women's Choral Projects of San Francisco is holding auditions for our Allegro Chorus! Auditions will be held on Saturday January 14 for the spring semester. Allegro chorus meets on Wednesdays and Sundays from 4-6 pm and is focused on creating an exciting and interactive community. Here young girls learn more advanced vocal techniques, sight-reading, music theory, and performance skills through the Kodály teaching method.

Do you know a young woman in grades 7-12 who loves to sing? The Young Women's Choral Projects of San Francisco is holding auditions for our Young Women’s Chorus! Auditions will be held on Saturday May 14 & Sunday June 5 for the 2016-2017 seasons. YWC meets on Wednesday night from 6:30-9pm and Sundays from 3-6 pm and is focused on creating an exciting and interactive community. Here young women learn more challenging and advanced vocal techniques, sight-reading, and performance skills through the Kodály teaching method.

Sing a Story

San Francisco Opera Guild, a non-profit organization that has provided arts education programs to Northern California communities for over 75 years, seeks an experienced Teaching Artist for its Sing A Story program. Sing a Story takes place in classrooms at schools across the Bay Area.
