The Friends of the Golden Gate Park Band honors the enormous contributions of the Golden Gate Park Band by encouraging and supporting patronage of the arts and live concert band music performances in Northern California. We are a group of musicians and live concert band music enthusiasts who volunteer our time to organize an annual two-day music festival in Golden Gate Park: The Friends of the Golden Gate Park Band Festival.
We are a not-for-profit organization that works in proud partnership with the SF Parks Alliance and San Francisco Recreation and Parks.
