With their 1996 debut, young Israeli musicians Alexander Pavlovsky, Sergei Bresler, Ori Kam, and Kyril Zlotnikov embarked on a journey of growth and development that has resulted in a wide repertoire and a stunning depth of expression. In the twenty years since, The Jerusalem Quartet has found its center with a warm, full, human sound, giving refined interpretations of classical repertoire, and exploring new genres as well as the works of contemporary composers.
As part of the Soraya's season-long Violins of Hope project, selected pieces will be performed on instruments from the Violins of Hope collection, in their farewell performance at The Soraya.
