Season Finale Brahms and Dvorak

Presented by Symphony Parnassus

Join Symphony Parnassus for our 33rd season finale concert featuring Johannes Brahms’ Symphony No. 3 on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Brahms’ Third Symphony is his shortest and most personal, with moody and complicated melodies that carry listeners on a sweeping and emotional journey.

The concert concludes with 4 selections from Dvorák's "Slavonic Dances." These witty and highly rhythmic pieces include catchy melodies and Dvorák’s sparkling orchestrations are lyrical and danceable all at once.
