St. Paul’s Concert Series is excited to present Pianists Clara and Marie Becker in a 4-hand Duo Performance live from St. Paul’s Episcopal Church on Saturday, May 14 at 7pm. This live performance will be broadcast online, and we invite you to attend in-person also (as permitted at the time of the performance). Twins Clara and Marie Becker are prodigy performers touring from Germany, and St. Paul's is thrilled to host their performance in the Bay Area. Studying under internationally acclaimed artists like piano duo Hans-Peter & Volker Stenzl, they have performed extensively in Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, Israel, Bulgaria, and Russia, and have been featured in BBC Music Magazine and numerous television performances. At St. Paul's, the Twins will take us on a musical tour through Europe, performing four-hand compositions by Schubert, Mendelssohn, Dvorak, and Smetana. After the performance, we will indulge the audience in a Q&A session with our performers.
This performance is being broadcast online and we gratefully invite our attendees in-person for this spectacular event! Masks are required for in-person attendance.
Located in downtown Walnut Creek, the St. Paul’s Concert Series offers monthly world-class performances to the local community for an affordable, donation-based cost. Average donations are $20/$10 students. All are welcome, regardless of donation.
