The San Francisco Girls Chorus 2020 Virtual Festival concludes with a re-broadcast of its February 2018 Carnegie Hall debut appearance with Philip Glass and the Philip Glass Ensemble performing the composer's Music with Changing Parts. Originally premiered in New York City in 1970, Music with Changing Parts is one of Glass’ earliest compositions and a pioneering work of the minimalist movement. The current performance presents the work in a newly revised version featuring the San Francisco Girls Chorus as well as wind and brass from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.

This virtual event will be hosted on the Medici.TV website.
