In the midst of a global pandemic, when options to explore the outer world are limited, the possibilities of our inner world start to open. Part experiential, part informational, this workshop will explore the unique ways that music impacts our minds and bodies, how you can use music as a personal resource, and how distinct musical elements are being used to promote wellness in local communities, from convalescent homes to the Laby Harmony Project.
