Mark Foehringer Dance Project|SF announces the 11th season of its annual holiday production, Mark Foehringer’s Nutcracker Sweets, December 7-22, Cowell Theater, Fort Mason Center. Mark Foehringer’s Nutcracker Sweets is a unique 50-minute version of the Nutcracker specifically designed for families with young children. The production features a live 9-piece chamber orchestra, Brian Fisher as Drosselmeyer, and Logan Learned (former principal dancer of Sarasota Ballet) as the nephew. Music direction by Michael Morgan, set design by Peter Crompton, costume design by Richard Battle, and production direction by Frédéric O. Boulay.
