SAN ANSELMO, CA — Like the swallows of Capistrano, the delightful Musical Promenade by Echo Chamber Orchestra returns to San Anselmo First Presbyterian Church on June 1 at 6:30 p.m. Enjoy the intimacy of chamber music selections in the church gardens, then come inside for a full orchestra concert. Afterward, get to know the performers at the artist's reception.
This year's featured works include the sublime Baroque masterpiece, Elevazione by Domenico Zipoli; Ottorino Respighi's "The Birds" (Gli uccelli); and Habanera, a Spanish-flavored work by the French composer Emmanuel Chabrier. Music Director Daniel Canosa will conduct.
