Alisa Weilerstein is known for her natural virtuosity, intensity and spontaneity. She has appeared with all the world’s major orchestras with such conductors as Barenboim, Bychkov, Dudamel, Eschenbach, Järvi, Mehta, Temirkanov, Vänskä and van Zweden. She performed at the White House at the invitation of Michelle Obama. In the 2018-19 season she performed Bach’s complete cello suites in Boston, Paris, Hamburg and for Cal Performances in Berkeley.
Israeli pianist Inon Barnatan was the inaugural Artist-in-Association of the N.Y. Philharmonic. Between recent debuts with the Leipzig Gewandhaus, Hong Kong and London Philharmonics, and Chicago, Baltimore, and Seattle Symphonies, he performed with the L.A. Philharmonic at the Hollywood Bowl.
