Seth Asarnow (piano) and Adrian Jost (bandoneon) play a selection of classic tangos for dancing and listening. Most of the pieces date from the Golden Age of Tango (1930s-50s). Seth Asarnow, a long-time Bay Area resident, is a talented musician who has performed tango pieces with the San Francisco Symphony as well as with his own group, El Sexteto Tipico de Seth Asarnow. Adrian Jost, originally from Switzerland, is also a wonderful musician and has performed at the California Jazz Conservatory and with the tango ensembles Trio Garufa and Los Tangueros del Oeste.
