"From the Heart" is a special concert by AfterGlow Chorus to honor our loved ones who are no longer with us, and who provide us with musical inspiration.
AfterGlow Chorus is a select, chamber choir comprised of highly experienced, skilled singers. The music includes a wide range of composers and genres, including Bruckner, spirituals, gospel, jazz, Prince, and Stevie Wonder. These are all wonderful masterpieces (old and new) that are both enjoyable to sing as well as emotionally moving to hear.
The concert will be in the beautiful, intimate Tower Chapel in the historic Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland, CA. Tower Chapel has amazing acoustics which will make this music a delight to hear. We are fortunate to be performing here as Tower Chapel has rarely been used for choral concerts.
Due to the intimate size of Tower Chapel, there is limited seating. Tickets are likely to sell-out, so don't delay in getting yours before it's too late!
