She sees music as a gigantic field of study, and wants her students to feel prepared to move in any direction they wish with their musical interests.
As an instructor Vicky worked for many summer programs including conducting the Woodside Elementary School Summer Orchestra 1990-1993, being the band leader at Grace Lutheran Church summer session 2004-2007, and the band assistant at Explore Middle School 2007-2008. Vicky has been teaching private lessons on the violin and bass since 1998. Vicky loves to organize concerts and recitals so her students become confident performers.
At Musically Minded studio, Vicky is excited to work with violin, viola, and bass students to awaken their passion for music, to become confident performers and individuals, and to open doors to their futures.
