Pianist Lisa Maresch grew up with an eclectic taste in music from playing the Japanese taiko drums, playing extravagant shows on the Las Vegas “Strip,” to performing classical concerts for outreach programs across the country. She has built a career as solo pianist, a collaborative pianist, and an educator.
She has performed for many festivals such as the International Keyboard Institute at the Mannes School in New York, Round Top International Music Festival in Texas, Brevard Music Festival in North Carolina, The Quartet Program in Pennsylvania, to name a few, and a guest with the Las Vegas Woodwind Quintet, Arizona Musicfest, Concert Series at St. Margret's, and the Blackbird Music Project.
Previously full-time faculty at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas as coordinator of the accompanying program, also served as adjunct faculty at Chapman Conservatory of Music as pianist/coach and the Orange County High School of the Arts in California teaching piano and chamber music.
