Music in the Vineyards is seeking a new Executive Director!

Music in the Vineyards (MITV) is a nationally recognized chamber music festival.  Each August, MITV presents four weeks of concerts and community programs in stunning Napa Valley settings.

MITV seeks a creative, organized and innovative Executive Director to lead all business functions of the organization, to build strong relationships throughout the community and to help the organization increase its impact. The Executive Director is a full-time role but has a very flexible work schedule during much of the year.

The Executive Director is the operational leader of MITV and is the main liaison with its Board of Directors and its Artistic Directors. Major functions will include:

• Overseeing business and operational aspects of MITV including planning, financial management, festival operations, fundraising, marketing, public relations, and community engagement;
• Serving as chief spokesperson and MITV champion throughout the community, encouraging partnerships and collaborations that advance the mission of MITV;
• Directing and developing MITV’s staff and service providers.
