Chora Nova, beginning its 12th season in 2017, is a Berkeley-based, auditioned 60-voice chorus directed by Artistic Director Paul Flight. Reviewers have praised the chorus with such terms as "as sheerly beautiful as sound gets." Rehearsals are Tuesday nights in north Berkeley . Our eclectic repertoire ranges from the Baroque to the twentieth century. We are accompanied by either piano or orchestra, depending on the repertoire.
