Audition Announcement

Gregory Wait, Music Director of Schola Cantorum and Director of Vocal Studies at Stanford University, will be holding auditions for new chorus members on Saturday, August 9th from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm and then again on Monday, August 18th from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm. Schola Cantorum invites talented adult singers of all musical and cultural backgrounds to audition. Places are available for singers of all vocal ranges. Singers should be able to sight-read and learn their parts on their own. Some college choral experience is preferred. Schola Cantorum is a Silicon Valley based chorus established in 1964. Rehearsals for the chorus take place at Los Altos United Methodist Church, 655 Magdalena Avenue on Monday evening of almost every week begining September 8th.
