If you’re an experienced choral singer, now’s your chance to make beautiful music under the inspired direction of Paul Flight with Chora Nova. Sign up now for an audition in early January, when rehearsals begin for our March concert. We have openings in all parts.
Our triumphant November concert, A Handel Celebration!, showcased three of the composer’s lesser-known, but no less masterful works for the English court. For the March concert, we’ll move on to something completely different: a program of songs for chorus, including Vaughan Williams’ gorgeous "Serenade to Music". In May, we return to the Baroque period with Glorious Vivaldi!, - his Gloria and Dixit Dominus - again featuring a full Baroque orchestra.
We rehearse Tuesday evenings from 7:15-9:45 in north Berkeley. Join us for the fun!
