Amy X. NeubergThe San Francisco Electronic Music Festival celebrates its 10th year in style, with a roster of big names, all of whom are likely to raise the roof and/or expand your horizons. Among the scheduled artists are Mason Bates, Frank Bretschneider, Lukas Ligeti, Miya Masaoka, Amy X. Neuburg, and Pamela Z. Masaoka and Z are part of a quartet of festival founders who will be featured in this anniversary year. With tickets going for $16 ($10 for students), this is a contemporary music fan's dream.
