Sing with Consort Chorale Summer 2024!

Founded by Allan Robert Petker in 1994 with assistance from Bob Friestad, Consort Chorale is a summer project choir that rehearses weekly in June, July, and August, concluding with an intensive week of nightly rehearsals and culminating in a crowd-pleasing concert. Beginning in 2019, the chorale has included a nationally known conductor to share the podium (Bradley Ellingboe, Jennaya Robison, David Dickau, Brandon Boyd). Our 75-minute concerts end with a wine and cheese reception.

We sing University-level choral repertoire from numerous musical eras is a feature of the chorale’s programming.  Choral pieces are a mix of a cappella and accompanied, some with a small chamber orchestra.
